Life Mastery Here I Come! Lets Go...
Before you dive headfirst into your new visions and goals, make sure you have a self-care plan in place. While men, due to their testosterone levels, may not burn out as quickly, women need to approach self-care differently. It's crucial to take time to rest and rejuvenate.

If you're a working woman, schedule your "ME TIME" whenever possible, and aim for consistency. Establishing a routine helps those around you (like your family) adapt quickly and respect your time. For instance, you could designate every Sunday from 4pm to 6pm as your "ME TIME." During this period, focus solely on activities that make you feel good and alive, whether it's alone time or hanging out with your girlfriends.

Gradually, extend your "ME TIME" from 2 hours to 4 hours, and eventually to a full day. Aim to carve out 2 days a month, then 4 days a month, and so on. By setting this intention, you're giving yourself permission to living a happier, healthier and more joy filled life!


Welcome to "ME" Time
We all have busy schedules. And we all need time to ourselves, time to rest, reflect, pray, meditate, create. You are nurturing your 'YES" when you take time to relax and allow yourself to be pampered in whatever way that makes you feel special. This gives you the energy you need to make others feel special.
A Word of Caution
To nurture our "YES" also means to be careful about who we share our dreams with. As creatures of habit, even your strongest supporters may play devil's advocate when you propose a new path. They want to protect you and preserve what's familiar. Thus, it’s wise to share your aspirations only with those who are sharing the journey with you.

Pursuing ambitious goals outside your comfort zone can also trigger imposter syndrome, making you question your worthiness and abilities. Combat these doubts by immersing yourself in positive affirmations and continuously envisioning your success, whether it’s shedding 10 pounds or launching a new business. Believe in yourself! Be kind to yourself and keep saying "YES" to your visions. ​​
